In reference to the captioned subject, this is to appraise you that Regulation 24A of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulation 2018, is not applicable to the company . We would like to clarify that as our paid up equity share capital is not exceeding rupees ten crore and net worth not exceeding twenty five crore, as on last day of the previous financial year 31st March 2026.
