In accordance with Regulation 30 and Schedule 3rd of the SEBI ( Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation ,2015 ("Listing Regulations"), we hereby inform you that Mr. Devi Dayal , Company Secretary (Key Managerial Personnel), Compliance Officer and Nodal officer of the Company, has submitted his Resignation due to Personal Reason. However, till 15th February 2026 Mr. Devi Dayal will act as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company.
