Pursuant to the company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations,2015 read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2 April, 2019, we would like to inform that the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated persons Company from 1st July 2026 till completion of 48 hours from the announcement to the stock Exchanges of the Unaudited Standalone Financials of the Company for the quarter ended June 30th, 2026.
