About this update from Mission Group Public Limited Company
15 June 2026 The Mission Group plc ("MISSION", the "Company" or "Group") AGM Trading Update Trading in line with expectations, strong Client retention and wins, continued focus on strategic delivery Ahead of its Annual General Meeting held today, MISSION Group plc (AIM:TMG), a collective of sector-leading Creative, Sports and MarTech Agencies, provides the following update on trading for the period 1 January to 15 June 2026. Trading in the current financial year remains in line with the Board's expectations. Against an ongoing backdrop of wider macroeconomic uncertainty this has been driven by continued strong Client retention, new Client wins and the benefits of the strategic actions completed earlier in the year to simplify and strengthen the Group's operating platform. New Client wins were achieved across the Group's five practice areas: Integrated Marketing, Sports & Events, Property, PR and Healthcare. These included Westminster Council, Puma, Amaala Yacht Club, PwC, the International Tennis Federation and Volleyball World. Good progress continues to be made against the key strategic priorities for 2026 outlined in the Group's full year results in March: US expansion execution, agency integration, consultancy offer launch, growth engine activation, capital allocation discipline and redefining the MISSION proposition. This includes further expansion of the pipeline of Client opportunities in the US within the Group's Mongoose Sports & Events practice. In addition, to further strengthen the combined capabilities of the Group's Integrated Marketing practice, Bray Leino was pleased to welcome globally recognised creative leader Wayne Deakin into the role of Chief Creative Officer. A further update on trading will be provided, as usual, in a half year update in July.
