Thank you, Jake, and good afternoon to everybody, and welcome to our six monthly first half presentation. We have quite a bit to get through this afternoon, so I hope you'll bear with us and that you will find it useful. I'm joined this afternoon by our CFO, Giles Giles Lee, and you've met Giles many times now. But we've also got the CEO of both of our Mongoose and the Elena businesses, Chris O'Donohue and and Kate Cox, and they will also take you through a little bit about the changes that have heard have occurred most recently in their businesses. I'm sure you will find it extremely useful to hear from them, and it will be good in terms of future reference as well that we will bring more and more voices into the room so you will see a wider range of the leadership team and the strength that we have built across the group. The half year results are a good set of results today, I'm pleased to say.
