Africa Prudential Plc ("the Company") hereby notifies the Nigerian Exchange Limited that Mr. Taofik Giwa, who served as the Chief Finance Officer (CFO), has resigned from the Company effective November 11, 2025.

The Company has accepted his resignation and is currently in the process of appointing a qualified replacement. In the interim, Mr. Chidi Micheal, the Company's Finance Manager will hold forth pending appointment of a substantive Chief Finance Officer.
