NOTICE OF CLOSED PERIOD
Africa Prudential Plc (the "Company") hereby notifies Nigerian Exchange Limited ("NGX"), its shareholders, and the investing public that, in compliance with the NGX Post-Listing Requirements, the Company has commenced a Closed Period for trading in its shares with effect from January 1, 2026.
Accordingly, no Director, person discharging managerial responsibilities, employee in possession of price-sensitive information, adviser to the Company, or any of their connected persons may, directly or indirectly, trade in the Company's securities during this period. The Closed Period shall remain in force until 24 hours after the Company's Audited Financial Statements are released to the NGX and made available to the public.
