Africa Prudential Plc (the "Company") hereby notifies Nigerian Exchange Limited ("NGX"), its shareholders, and the investing public that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to hold on Monday, February 23, 2026. The purpose of the meeting is to consider and approve the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, and to deliberate on a proposed recapitalization.
In compliance with the NGX Post-Listing Requirements, the Company had earlier notified the market of the commencement of a closed period for trading in its shares by insiders of the Company, which took effect from January 1, 2026. The closed period shall remain in force until twenty-four (24) hours after the Audited Financial Statements are released to NGX and made available to the public.
