Africa Prudential Plc (the "Company") hereby notifies Nigerian Exchange Limited ("NGX"), its shareholders, and the investing public that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to hold on Thursday April 23, 2026.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider and approve the Company's Unaudted Financial Statements for the quarter ended March 31, 2026.
In compliance with NGX Post-Listing Requirements, the closed period for trading in the Company's shares by its Directors, officers, and other insiders, took effect from April 1, 2026, and shall remain in force until twenty-four (24) hours after the Unaudited Financial Statements are released to NGX and made available to the public.
