In order to explore the potential for new investment schemes targeting domestic and overseas real estate and other assets going forward, IRM will establish a New Business Development Department within the Private Capital Division.
The organizational changes described below apply only to the Private Capital Division and will have no impact on the asset management structure or other operational framework of ADR
