Notice regarding the Re-postponement of the Timely Disclosure of the Improvement Plans and Status Report
As announced in "Notice Regarding Designation as a Security on Special Alert and Imposition of a Listing Agreement Penalty" dated August 27, 2025, the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (TSE) has determined that there is a high need for improvement regarding the Company's internal control system, etc., and as announced in "Notice regarding the Improvement Plan Development Policy" dated September 26, 2025 and "Notice regarding the Postponement of the Timely Disclosure of the Improvement Plans and Status Report" dated November 28, 2025, the Company had planned to disclose the improvement plan and status report in late December 2025.
The Company is currently continuing deliberations to formulate the improvement plans. However, as this will require time, the Company has decided to re-postpone the disclosure of the improvement plans and status report from late December 2025 to January 2026.
