Dear Sir,
This is with ieference to the earlier announcement of Right Shares by 786 Investments Limited ("the Company") dated December 17, regarding the Company's intention to increase the paid-up share capital of the Company by issuance of further 4,990,751 Ordinary Shares at par value (i.e., at Rs. 10/- each) by issue of Right Shares to be offered to the members in the proportion of I share right for every 3 ordinary share held i.e., approx.. 3o.3 % Right Issue at par value of Rs. 10/- per share.
In this regard, shareholders are hereby notified of the following schedule:
Book Closure Day: Wednesday, December 17, 2025 to Wednesday, December 17, 2025
Entitlement: Transfers lodged to Share Registrar, M/s. F.D. Registrar Services Limited, Suite #1705 - 17th Floor, Saima Trade Tower-A, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi by the close of business on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, will be considered in time for entitlement of Right Shares.
