A printed cancelled copy of Offer Letter of Right and Intimation Letter to be submitted to the Exchange for record alongwith a copy of Schedule 1 under Section 83 of The Companies Act, 2017 prior to their dispatch to the shareholders.

The company shall comply with all the i elevant requirements of law including Section 83 of the Coinpanies Act, 2017 and the Chaptei II of the Companies (Fui ther Issue Shares) Regulations 2020, and any other laws/Regulations as may be applicable in this behalf.

Once the Company has credited the Right Shares into CDC as well os dispatched the physical right shares certificates to the respective shareholders, it will be required to submit the revised details of free-float of shares subsequent to increase in paid-up capital due to right issue as per the attached specimen.

The Exchange may impose any fiirtller condition(s) as may be deemed appropriate, while issue/trading in the letters of Rights/Right Shares by the Company.
