I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi, to consider and approve the financial statements and distribution of dividend, if any, for 786 Investments Limited for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The Board of Directors will also consider and approve the financial statements of the following collective investment schemes under the management of the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.

The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from October 17, 2025 to October 23, 2025(both day inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.1 (d) of the PSX Rule Book of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Management Company in any mariner during the Closed Period.
