11/2017: Lawsuit against the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways

The Management Board of PBG S.A. (the 'Company' or 'PBG') announces that on March 3rd 2017 PBG and SIAC Construction Ltd, Bankruptcy Administrator of APRIVIA S.A. w upadłości likwidacyjnej (in liquidation bankruptcy) (the 'Plaintiffs') filed with the Regional Court in Warsaw, 25th Civil Division, a lawsuit against the State Treasury - General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways ('GDDKiA'). The Plaintiffs filed a lawsuit against GDDKiA for payment of PLN 508,041,844.73 in settlement of the contract for the construction of Motorway A4 Tarnów-Rzeszów (from the Krzyż junction to the Dębica Pustynia junction, from 502+796.97 km to ca. 537+550 km' (the 'Contract'), executed by a consortium including the Plaintiffs.
PBG's share in the claim under the Lawsuit is PLN 101,608.369.
