12/2017: First listing date for PBG Bonds

The Management Board of PBG S.A. ('Company', 'PBG') announces that on March 9th 2017 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange passed Resolution No. 209/2017, setting March 10th 2017 as the date of the first listing of Series B, C, D, E, F, G, H and I bearer Bonds of the Company in the Catalyst alternative trading system.
In accordance with the resolution, the Bonds have been assigned the following codes:
- 'PBG0317': Series B Bonds;
- 'PBG0617': Series C Bonds;
- 'PBG1217': Series D Bonds;
- 'PBG0618': Series E Bonds;
- 'PBG1218': Series F Bonds;
- 'PBG0619': Series G Bonds;
- 'PBG1219': Series H Bonds;
- 'PBG0620': Series I Bonds;
