60/2016: List of shareholders holding 5% or more of total vote at General Meeting on December 20th 2016

The Management Board of PBG S.A. publishes the list of Shareholders holding 5% or more of the total vote at the Annual General Meeting on December 20th 2016:
1) Mr Jerzy Wiśniewski exercised 177,029,534 votes conferred by 177,029,534 shares, representing 34.595% of the total vote at the Annual General Meeting and 22.970% of the total vote at PBG S.A.;
2) Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. exercised 62,848,380 votes conferred by 62,848,380 shares, representing 12.282% of the total vote at the Annual General Meeting and 8.155% of the total vote at PBG S.A.;
3) Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. exercised 61,332,520 votes conferred by 61,332,520 shares, representing 11.986% of the total vote at the Annual General Meeting and 7.958% of the total vote at PBG S.A.;
4) Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. exercised 53,060,500 votes conferred by 53,060,500 shares, representing 10.369% of the total vote at the Annual General Meeting and 6.885% of the total vote at PBG S.A.;
5) Jefferies International Limited (JIL) exercised a total of 149,206,649 votes conferred by 149,206,649 shares, representing 29.158% of the total vote at the Annual General Meeting and 19.360% of the total vote at PBG S.A. JIL voted the shares held by the following Shareholders holding 5% or more of the total vote at the Annual General Meeting:
a. Jefferies International Limited (JIL) exercised 34,176,350 votes conferred by 34,176,350 shares, representing 6.679% of the total vote at the Annual General Meeting and 4.434% of the total vote at PBG S.A.;
b. UniFundusze Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty z wydzielonym subfunduszem UniWIBIDexercised 30,610,970 votes conferred by 30,610,970 shares, representing 5.982% of the total vote at the Annual General Meeting and 3.972% of the total vote at PBG S.A.;
c. ING Bank Śląski S.A. exercised 25,885,880 votes conferred by 25,885,880 shares, representing 5.059% of the total vote at the Annual General Meeting and 3.359% of the total vote at PBG S.A.
The shareholders participating in the Annual General Meeting held a total of 511,716,718shares, conferring the right to 511,716,718votes, representing 66.396% of the total vote at PBG S.A.
