What will the bottlenecks be in the hopefully forthcoming industry boom? Access to capital? Insufficient experienced staff? Lack of mining hardware? Will cost pressures be apparent immediately, or take a while to come through?

Would love to hear CEO perspectives on the USA/Greenland chatter. How do the CEOs handicap the probability that USA ultimately gainings control of Greenland and it's natural resource base?

Building on Adrian's question: with more demand for mining development, does this likely drive material increase in the development costs? And does this suggest that any development cost estimates from a few years ago might require an upward revisement?

Question for Ed, you mentioned Wyoming as a great jurisdiction. Elon and the US Govt have backed Talon who is talking about Gold in Upper Michigan(just as Barry has in Copper), is it a priority to lower your concentration and look at Upper Michigan or some other US State?

The FED know the real value of inflation. They just don’t want it public. Hahaha

Placer mining is less predictable, but much cheaper for start-ups and production, have any of you ever considered off setting cost of your hard rock ventures by getting into immediate cash flows that come with Placer. I have 12000 acres of state permitted ground in Alaska running $60/ton. Seems to me that with proper investment in an operation like this, it could help long term plans

Completely agree with Edward, "permitology" is a new science worldwide, unfortunately because on key government positions are sitting useless bureocrats

Great conversation. Inflation and permitting delays are project killers as they impair NPV and cost everyone hugely, including Government as the payment of taxes by resource companie is delayed beyond the horizon.
