Mr. Komavli brings experience in Industrial Engineering, capital markets, corporate communication as well as project management. A University of Toronto graduate with a focus on Information Systems, Mr. Komavli has a proven track record in optimizing operations, co-founding software startups, and driving strategic initiatives. Investing in the resource and exploration sector for near a decade, Mr. Komavli brings a passion and focused business acumen to augment the Board.
Mr. Cohen has over 20 years of Canadian capital markets experience. He has spent the last 5 years founding and structuring several micro-cap companies while also serving on the board member and/or executive of four CSE listed companies. Previously, he was a Partner and Head of Sales at Beacon Securities. He also worked in Institutional Equity Sales at Wellington West Capital Markets until it was sold to National Bank Financial in 2011. He began his career in finance working in Equity Research and Corporate Finance at RBC Capital Markets and HSBC Securities. He has an MBA in Finance from McGill and is a CFA Charterholder.
Darcy is an economic geologist with over 17 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry. He is the President and Owner of Tripoint Geological Services Ltd., VP Exploration at Tinova Resources Corp., is a Director at AMEBC, and is a member of the EGBC Natural Resources and Hazards Advisory Group.

Speaker 2: Yeah, great question. It's a loaded question. Speaker 2: The larger, more established Speaker 2: gold names may have already had their most significant moves. Speaker 2: That's not to say that more upside can't be had in those names. Speaker 2: They're spinning off record cash flow.
