The Silver Breakout: 2025 Outlook

Kit Marrs is the Co-Founder, CEO, and President of Alaska Silver, (formerly Western Alaska Copper & Gold). He has more than 25 years experience in mineral exploration and development, property evaluation, and project financing in Alaska and Mexico. Mr. Marrs has worked for major mining companies and consulting firms including Anaconda Minerals Company (Anaconda), Kennecott/Bear Creek Mining, Watts Griffis & McQuat, and Penoles, SA de CV. In 1981, he was the project geologist for the Illinois Creek/Round Top Project for Anaconda and directed the exploration program. He has extensive experience in financing, permitting, and implementing real estate development projects and joint venture developments with values of $10-30 million USD. His combined experience in both geologic exploration and development in Alaska, and real estate project financing, permitting and development gives Mr. Marrs a unique set of skills to lead this company. He holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Economic Geology from the University of Arizona, and served from 2005-2021 on the Advisory Board for the University of Arizona’s Department of Geosciences.

Mr. Khunkhun has over 20 years of experience in the capital markets, mineral exploration and development sector with a focus on enhancing shareholder value. He has served in a variety of strategic roles including Investor Relations, Corporate Development, CEO, Director and Executive Chairman. Mr. Khunkhun has been instrumental in creating awareness for undervalued companies including grass root explorers, developers and producers. Mr. Khunkhun’ s experience in incubating and growing early stage companies through capital raises, acquisitions, joint ventures and spinouts, as well as long-standing relationships with an extensive global network of HNW investors, private equity and institutional investors, analysts, brokers, and investment bankers, have been a valuable asset to growing mineral explorations companies. Mr. Khunkhun is a Director of Goldshore Resources Inc. and is Director & Exec. Chairman of StrikePoint Gold. Mr. Khunkhun has facilitated over $1B in capital raises.

Mr. Stein is the Founder of Kuya and President since 2017. Educated with a technical background in Geology and Engineering, Mr. Stein jumped into the capital markets very early in his career, in 2001, as a mining equities analyst for a prominent Canadian broker-dealer. More recently Mr. Stein was President and CEO of Aberdeen International, where he led various private equity and public company investment mandates.

As a co-founder of Silver X Mining Corp, Mr. Garcia brings over 20 years of experience in mining engineering to his role. He has held positions with various companies including Anglo American, Inmet & BHPB, and has operations and production experience in Peru, Chile, Spain, Australia & Switzerland. Mr. Garcia is highly skilled in the areas of mineral economics, project management, people’s management and sustainable development. Mr. Garcia holds a M.Sc from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a M.Phil from The University of Queensland and is a World Economic Forum Leadership Fellow.
