[Speaker identities could not be resolved; generic labels used] [00:00] Speaker 1: How has the COVID-19 [00:02] Speaker 1: pandemic [00:04] Speaker 1: impacted [00:06] Speaker 1: your work? [00:07] Speaker 2: Thanks, Ken. [00:10] Speaker 2: Yes, we had a good year. [00:13] Speaker 2: To us, it was a success, certainly, a lot of positive [00:17] Speaker 2: news flow, [00:18] Speaker 2: being able to keep our staff safe, being able to still operate and bring production online [00:23] Speaker 2: during COVID for the 1st time ever, bringing production online and obviously demonstrating [00:27] Speaker 2: how important it is to have an in-country [00:30] Speaker 2: team [00:31] Speaker 2: and skilled obviously labor force exists in Mongolia. Everything does take longer. [01:02] Speaker 2: And [01:03] Speaker 2: most people [01:04] Speaker 2: are comfortable to know about that. But I think it's very important because you're dealing with some new investors, maybe some generalist investors [01:10] Speaker 2: to be able to, you know, succinctly, [01:15] Speaker 2: you know, message [01:17] Speaker 2: on a regular basis, you know, any updates. So, For example, [01:20] Speaker 2: if we encountered a bottleneck in crushing in the summer, [01:24] Speaker 2: while we were fixing in the background, we could let peop...
