Speaker 1: So without further ado, I'd like to hand things over to you, Steve, so we can get started. Speaker 2: Super. Thanks very much, Max. Happy New Year to everybody. Speaker 2: Hopefully everybody got a chance to take a look at our news release Speaker 2: from yesterday. Speaker 2: It's really got some interesting and I think some very exciting, Speaker 2: you Speaker 2: know, basically Speaker 2: things that we can think about that could generate additional shareholder value of Bonnie Clare. And I wanted to take a couple of minutes today Speaker 2: to go over them with you because Speaker 2: when you have situations like this where there are a lot of moving pieces, Speaker 2: I just want to make sure that people Speaker 2: understand Speaker 2: that we have a primary focus that we're sticking with.
