Ali Haji is the Chief Executive Officer of American Tungsten Corp. and brings over 20 years of global metals and mining, investment management, and public capital markets experience. Since assuming the role in July 2025, Mr. Haji has led all financing activities for the Company, successfully raising an aggregate $25.0 million CAD in equity and $25.5 million CAD in debt financing, materially strengthening the Company’s balance sheet. Mr. Haji has played a key role in advancing mining projects across tungsten, lithium, copper, and gold, including executing transformative M&A initiatives. He has previously held senior roles with ION Energy and Invesco Ltd. and currently serves as an advisor to ATMA Capital Markets Ltd. and Steppe Gold Corp. (TSX: STGO). Mr. Haji holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario.

Mr. Garbutt is a Professional Mining Engineer with a 25-year career in mine operations, projects, and engineering. He was most recently the Deputy General Manager with IAMGOLD at the Côté Gold Project with a primary focus on the operational readiness of the asset. Prior to this Mr. Garbutt was a Senior Principal and Mining Sector Leader with Stantec Consulting, supporting major mining companies in the execution of a wide range of capital projects and studies across the globe. He was also the General Manager of Sudbury Operations for KGHM and held senior technical and operating roles during a 14-year career with Glencore. Mr. Garbutt holds an MBA from Laurentian University and serves on the board of the Ontario Mining Association and select non-profit organizations.

Steve has over 25 years of institutional investing & shareholder communications experience. He was formerly the senior investment analyst and a founding member of the Chilton Global Natural Resources Fund in New York City, with peak assets of over US$4 billion.

Kit Marrs is the Co-Founder, CEO, and President of Alaska Silver, (formerly Western Alaska Copper & Gold). He has more than 25 years experience in mineral exploration and development, property evaluation, and project financing in Alaska and Mexico. Mr. Marrs has worked for major mining companies and consulting firms including Anaconda Minerals Company (Anaconda), Kennecott/Bear Creek Mining, Watts Griffis & McQuat, and Penoles, SA de CV. In 1981, he was the project geologist for the Illinois Creek/Round Top Project for Anaconda and directed the exploration program. He has extensive experience in financing, permitting, and implementing real estate development projects and joint venture developments with values of $10-30 million USD. His combined experience in both geologic exploration and development in Alaska, and real estate project financing, permitting and development gives Mr. Marrs a unique set of skills to lead this company. He holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Economic Geology from the University of Arizona, and served from 2005-2021 on the Advisory Board for the University of Arizona’s Department of Geosciences.
