Mr. Wilton is founding CEO of BeMetals and has over 30 years of experience in the minerals industry including roles ranging from target generation to feasibility studies and business development for base and precious metals. From 2010-2017, he was the Regional Exploration Manager of Africa at Antofagasta PLC. He was also a principal member of both the discovery and resource development teams of the Otjikoto Gold Mine in Namibia with Anglovaal Mining. Co-recipient of the Henno Martin Medal from the Namibian Geological Society for his role in the discovery.

Mr. Kilofliski has over 25 years of executive leadership experience and a track record of creating significant shareholder value for various mining companies. In 2020 he helped grow TSX.V listed Tudor Gold Corp from $30M to over $500M in market capitalization. In the last decade, he has helped raise over $300M in equity, debt and JV capital. Mr. Kilofliski has an intimate knowledge of Canagold and the New Polaris project as he was Canagold’s CEO from 2014 to 2018. Under his leadership, Canagold was named one of the top 100 companies in BC, by BC Business.

A Professional Geologist (P.Geo) with a Master of Science in Mineral Economics from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Mr. Durose is a highly-ranked financial analyst who has worked in the capital markets for more than 25 years. Founder and CEO of Durose Asset Management Inc., he previously held increasingly senior positions as a well-regarded mining analyst with Scotia Capital Inc., Morgan Stanley, Bunting Warburg, and Nesbitt Burns. He has travelled extensively to visit mining and exploration projects all over the world. Before joining the capital markets, Mr. Durose worked as an exploration geologist in the Canadian base metal and gold industries.

Mark is an Honours Bachelor of Commerce graduate who has been involved in the investment industry for over 30 years in a number of senior advisory positions with several prominent investment firms, most recently as first vice-president at CIBC Wood Gundy. He has established, over his successful career, an extensive network across North America of mining executives, experienced high-net-worth junior resource investors and prominent junior resource portfolio managers. Vior Inc. deploys a hybrid exploration strategy that is different from other junior explorers. We focus on exploring or partnering on our own prospective portfolio of district-scale projects in Quebec, but also look for strategic investments that have tremendous upside - diversifying risk and increasing the odds of making a discovery. Our focus and priority is exploring and drilling at our flagship Belleterre gold project, a historic past producing high-grade mine with tremendous district-scale brownfield and green field exploration targets.
