I'd now like to hand you over to Paula Constant, CEO. Good afternoon. Thank you very much, Alessandro. Welcome everybody to a beautiful sunny almost 25 degree September day, which we thought very relevant to reflect the results that we are sharing today. We're super happy with our half year results and remain firmly on track to deliver the rest of the year. For anyone that that hasn't met us before, I'm Paula, the chief exec. I've been at PERSONAL GROUP for two years. Sarah, the CFO, has been there considerably longer. I think we're on twelve years. And, you know, we've got a fantastic team behind us delivering really good results to the business, but I think more importantly, you know, delivering really brilliant products for our our customers that remain, you know, more important as the economy worsens and, you know, the lack of sick pay provision and benefits in general, become more important to employees in The UK.
