We are delighted to share our 2024 results, and we will take you through our presentation, welcome questions at the end and then just conclude with a few final thoughts. So I will start with a snapshot of the year, Sarah will take us through the detail on the financial review, and just before we move to questions, I'll do a refresher of the strategy that we announced at the end of last year, and the progress that we've made against that strategy so far. Now I'm assuming that most people have been through the history of PERSONAL GROUP, what we stand for and what we do, so I will try and summarise these slides quickly.
