Assuming you're moving forward with a PFS, how much money will you budget for this? Will you need to raise money? If yes, how will you do this?

Congratulations on the PEA. $24,000/t price is right in the midst of the reports done by peers over the past 3-4 years, ranging from $20k to $30k per tonne

How much water will you need? You are seeking 2,700 acre feet from the Division of Water Resources.

Will your flow sheet use a lot of sulfuric acid? If so, can you comment on availably of sulfur or sulfuric acid in the western U.S. given Lithium Americas will need a lot as well and other clay-hosted projects?

might there be any other exploitable materials (credits) besides boron? REEs? Anything like that?

Besides getting the capital, what would be the key triggers for making a "go to production" decision?

I might have missed this in the press release, but can you speak to the potential to receive free-money grants from various U.S. Gov't agencies/programs? The DoD just invested directly into a REE project (MP Materials)

Speaking of MP Materials, the DoD provided a price floor on REEs that was a robust floor price! Could we see that in for U.S. lithium project?

Will you need additional fill in drilling

How many potentially viable clay-hosted Li projects do you think there are in the western-U.S., project that could reasonably reach production in the next 10 years? LAC, IONR, NVLH, LCE, how many more? Thank you.

What will be the estimated sulphuric acid requirements? I calculate around 2m t/yr acid based assumptions from the latest technical releases.

Every single clay-hosted and/or DLE lithium project in the world needs at least US$24k/tonne to get funded & built. There's no way around it. Without many of these projects, supply falls well short of demand...

cap-ex per tonne is not high vs peers at all!

70% of $2B cap-ex can be covered by debt, not by a strategic equity hurdle. the check writing by strategics will be a drop in the bucket, spread over 3-5 years as well.
