Hey folks - don't forget to ask questions if you've got any. We'll have time for at least a few
I really appreciate the format and the regular updates! Regarding the warrants: Can the in-the-money-warrants be excercised basically at any given day before maturity? How often do team members from Canada actually go to Peru? How's the exchange between the two teams in general? Any chance to lock in the currently low oil price or are energy costs not such a large percentage on the overall production costs?

Given the relatively cheap valuation of Kuya, have you been approached by other mining companies about merging? Also, what is Kuya's cash position heading into 2026?

@christian.gunzer Yes warrants can be exercised any time before maturity (even out-of-the-money if someone wants to). Usually people wait until the last few days but we appreciate those that exercise early. We just had a big contingent of management and directors from Canada and the US down in Peru a few weeks ago (late Nov) and it was great to see the mine buzzing with activity! We tend to visit a few times a year as events require, and I expect our VP exploration will be there more often in 2026. On oil prices, fuel is a very minor part of our costs right now, but would be a bigger factor for the Bethania plant (when constructed) so we will keep an eye on this.

@slester63 This is not something we are constantly recalculating with changes in metal price but I believe I said on the video that is would be >100 tpd

@iamtomcarter Yes from the perspective of the mining industry Peru has been very stable for the past number of years. There are national elections in April 2026. So far there have been no surprises and it appears the next President and Congress would continue to trend of stability.

@ftmckinlay Yes, we collected a number of samples in Q4 from our above-ground and stockpiled material from historical silver mining for metallurgical testing. This testing will continue into early 2026. Based on the success of the silver-rich concentrate stockpile we believe there may be other ways to creatively unlock value with this asset.

@paul.whelan Given the relatively cheap valuation of Kuya, have you been approached by other mining companies about merging? Also, what is Kuya's cash position heading into 2026? Kuya answers: Interest on the M&A front has picked up with the higher silver price - so the short answer is yes, but we would caution that the market in not even close to being "frothy" and Kuya believes it can return a better premium to investors by executing on its growth and re-rating (100/100) plan. We ended Q3 with USD $6.6 million in cash and we expect to exit the year with even more cash as warrant exercises have more than offset expenses.

@jeffchatwin Shifts are 10 hours and our mine staff work 14 days on 7 day off. We have over 130 operations staff including miners, labourers, management etc., and we are continue to grow our ranks every month.
