Dan Wilton
CEO at First Mining Gold
Dan Wilton has more than 25 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance and principal investing in the mining sector, having executed as principal or advised on more than $10 billion of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and more than $1 billion of financings. Dan was previously a Partner at Pacific Road Capital Management, a mining-focused private equity investment firm with approximately $800 million under management. Prior to joining Pacific Road, Dan's previous roles included Managing Director and Head of the Global Mining and Metals Group at National Bank Financial Inc., Managing Director in Business Development at General Electric based in London, England, and other corporate finance and M&A roles at global financial institutions based in Toronto and New York. Dan is a Director of Providence Living, a residential care and assisted living provider based in Vancouver, BC, and serves on the Audit and Finance and Quality Committees. Dan served on the Board of Providence Health Care for 11 years, including acting as Vice Chair for 6 years and Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee during the financing and approval process for the New St. Paul's development. Dan holds a B.Comm (First Class Honours) from Queen's University and an MBA (with Distinction) from INSEAD in France.

Doug Ramshaw

Doug Ramshaw is a senior executive and corporate director with more than 25 years of experience in the mineral resource sector. His work has focused on mineral project evaluation, M&A and business development strategies supporting corporate growth.
Mr. Ramshaw previously worked as a mining analyst for an independent brokerage firm in London, UK and has served in various executive capacities for a number of publicly listed junior resource companies. He sat on the board of Great Bear Resources from 2016 until its $1.8 billion takeover by Kinross Gold in February 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Geology from the Royal School of Mines.

Rick Howes
President & CEO at Reunion Gold
Rick Howes joined Reunion Gold as CEO and President in January 2023 after joining the Board in November 2022. Mr. Howes is a seasoned mining executive with over 39 years of experience in the mining industry, most recently as CEO of Dundee Precious Metals. He has extensive operating, technical and project development experience in both underground and open pit mines throughout Canada and internationally. He has a track record for leading transformational change and operational excellence wherever he has worked. His passion for safety was instrumental in leading Vale’s North Mine to win the National Ryan Award for the safest mine in Canada in 2006. In 2009, Mr. Howes joined Dundee Precious Metals, where as VP and General Manager he led the transformation of the Chelopech Mine in Bulgaria to reach world class levels of performance. He became COO in 2011 and oversaw several significant growth capital development projects including the expansion of the Chelopech Mine, the upgrade and expansion of the Tsumeb Smelter in Namibia and the development of the greenfield Ada Tepe open pit gold mine in Bulgaria. He was appointed CEO in April 2013, where he led the company from a junior gold producer to a multi-asset mid-tier gold producer generating strong free cashflow and solid returns to shareholders. Mr. Howes retired from Dundee Precious Metals in 2020 and has since joined several mining company boards. He has been recognized as a visionary leader in mining, organizational innovation and transformation and was recognized as the Outstanding Innovator of 2016 by the International Mining Technology Hall of Fame.
Mr. Howes holds a Bachelor of Applied Science with Honours in Mining Engineering from Queens University, Kingston, Ontario and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
