Ms. Lee-Sheriff brings 25 years of industry experience to her role as Executive Chair of C2C Gold Corp. Ms. Lee-Sheriff is also the Founder of Newfoundland.Gold, a strategic marketing alliance promoting the progressive jurisdiction of Newfoundland Labrador and the regions leaders in exploration & mining. She also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Golden Predator Mining Corp., President of Group 11 Technologies and President of the Yukon Mint Corporation. With a strong commitment to social responsibility and community engagement she has successfully negotiated and implemented socio-economic and exploration agreements with indigenous governments plus implemented numerous innovative programs to ensure community involvement in corporate projects. Tim is a graduate of Memorial University of Newfoundland and has been active in the mineral exploration business for over 30 years. Over that time, he has worked with a number of highly regarded firms including Inco Ltd. where he spent nearly 10 years working on projects in North America and overseas and was part of the team that discovered the Bobby’s Pond massive sulphide deposit in central Newfoundland. Tim is also directly responsible for the discovery of the Valentine Lake gold deposit in central Newfoundland, currently under advanced stage exploration by Marathon Gold. Over the course of his career, Tim has worked for a number of successful junior companies including Altius Minerals Corporation, Cornerstone Resources, Crosshair Exploration & Mining Corporation and Golden Dory Resources, the latter three companies as VP of Exploration. He also spent 1 year serving as Executive Director of the Newfoundland and Labrador Chamber of Mineral Resources, now Mining NL. Tim now serves as President and CEO of Sokoman Minerals Corp.

Joel Freudman is the Co-Founder, CEO and a Director of the Company. As a former practicing securities, M& A and corporate lawyer with focus on mining clients, Mr. Freudman currently serves as the CEO & Director of both public and private mineral exploration companies. Mr. Freudman is the President of Resurgent Capital Corp. (2016 to present), a Toronto merchant bank focused on undervalued micro-capitalization Canadian public companies. Mr. Freudman is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Western University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.

Over 10 years of experience in mining and capital markets; worked as a production and exploration geologist in Timmins, Kirkland Lake, Red Lake, Norway and Ghana. Later worked as a mining analyst with Pinetree Capital. Founder, Director and Executive Chairman of Goldspot Discoveries Inc.
