Hello everyone and welcome to the Nevada Lithium live event hosted by 6. I'm pleased to introduce our speakers for today, Stephen Rechler, the CEO, and Jeff Wilson, VP Exploration. They'll be discussing the potential impacts and benefits of the hydraulic borehole mining method proposed for Bonnie Clare. And after that, we will be accepting questions. So without further ado, Steve, I'd like to pass things back over to you here so you can start. That's super. Thanks, Max. Thanks to everybody for taking the time and joining us this afternoon. Yeah, yesterday morning, hopefully you saw we did a news release, a technical news release, about what we found, basically the conclusions for a borehole mining study that we got in, and also our plans to update a PEA. What are we doing at Bonnie Clare? I want to take a step back. I'm going to describe what we released, of course, in more detail. And Jeff Wilson, who is our VP of Exploration and Structural Geologist, PhD in geology, He's here for all the details. But I want to take a step back and put this into sort of the context of what we're doing and also in the context of things that I've been hearing from people over the course of the past 3, 3 and a half months as I've been marketing. I was out in Vancouver earlier in the year. Then I was at PDAC. Recently got back from Zurich. So it was a pretty wide swath of people. And what I can tell you is that investors have really been, until very recently, concentrating on what the spot price of lithium is doing.
