Additional High-Grade Lithium at Bonnie Claire - 2023 Exploration Update

Stephen Rentschler, CEO will provide a overview of recently released high-grade drill results from initial 2023 diamond drilling at Bonnie Claire. Significant results include 3076 Li ppm over 1100 ft within a broader 2219 Li ppm over 1740 ft. Bonnie Claire has a current National Instrument 43-101 (“NI 43-101”) inferred mineral resource of 3,407 million tonnes (Mt) grading 1,013 ppm Li for 18.372 million tonnes (Mt) of contained lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE), at a cut-off grade of 700 ppm Li. The PEA for Bonnie Claire indicates a Net Present Value (8%) of $1.5 Billion USD (after tax) using $13,400 USD per tonne LCE and after-tax IRR of 23.8%. With an LCE price of $30,000 USD per tonne, the Net Present Value (8%) of the Project is $5.9 Billion USD (after tax) and an IRR of 60.3%.

[Speaker identities could not be resolved; generic labels used] [00:08] Speaker 1: Hello everyone and welcome to the Nevada Lithium live events today, hosted by 6. I'm pleased to introduce the speaker for today, Stephen Rechler, the CEO. [00:18] Speaker 1: Steve will walk us through the latest release about the high-grade diamond drill results. And after that, we'll be accepting questions. As a reminder, you can submit your questions in the chat at any point during the presentation. [00:29] Speaker 1: And as always, this summit is being recorded and will be available to watch shortly afterwards. [00:34] Speaker 1: So without further ado, I'd like to hand things over to you, Steve, so that we can get started. [00:39] Speaker 2: That's super. Thanks, Max. I appreciate it. [00:41] Speaker 2: Thanks, everybody, for taking the time for a couple of minutes here so that I can tell you about what we announced to the market yesterday, which was clearly some very exciting news. [00:52] Speaker 2: So we've just completed the 1st drill hole for [00:56] Speaker 2: 2023, [00:58] Speaker 2: our 1st core drill hole, and gotten the assays back. [01:02] Speaker 2: They showed very, very wide intercepts of very high-grade mineralization. [01:08] Speaker 2: Just to give you a comparison, [01:11] Speaker 2: these are on the order of 2 and 3 times what our [01:14] Speaker 2: mean resource [01:15] Speaker 2: estimate [01:16] Speaker 2: had for grade. So instead of 1000 ppm, we have, you know, 1000 feet or more of 2000 ppm or 3000 feet of, [01:25] Speaker 2: you know, the same, same amount. [01:28] Speaker 2: The individual intercepts aren't as [01:30] Speaker 2: interesting or important to me, as it's just looking at the expanse of these. [01:35] Speaker 2: What I wanted to try to sort of ...
