Let's get right into it here. So yeah, I will be making forward-looking statements, so please take the appropriate caution. Headwater Gold is a recently listed exploration company focused on exploring for high-grade vein systems in the Western US. We've got a very technical team composed of geologists at the top and driven by a group of people with a diverse set of experience from major mining companies, junior explorers, as well as the capital markets. Currently, we have about 50 million shares outstanding and no warrants, which is actually pretty rare for a company at our stage. There's 41% insider ownership, so management is definitely motivated for sure. We have a large portfolio of projects. That's sort of a key component of our business model. We're taking a portfolio approach to exploration here. We recognize that any given project has, you know, fairly low odds of success. That's just the game we're playing here. And to mitigate that to the extent possible, we choose to spread our risk across a bunch of different projects. And we continually generate new projects to add to the pipeline.
