Ms. Brissenden is passionate about helping public companies tell the right stories to the right investors. She has spent almost 20 years in investor relations, largely focused on the resource sector. She has experience in corporate transactions, shareholder activism, and initial public offerings. As a consultant, she’s advised on social media messaging, website content creation, rebranding, and has produced corporate disclosure through a plain language firm. Ms. Brissenden sits on the issues committee for the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI) and previously served as a judge for the CPA Canada corporate reporting awards program.
Ms. Brissenden has a BA in English Literature from McGill University and the Certified Professional in Investor Relations designation from CIRI.
A Professional Geologist (P.Geo) with a Master of Science in Mineral Economics from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Mr. Durose is a highly-ranked financial analyst who has worked in the capital markets for more than 25 years. Founder and CEO of Durose Asset Management Inc., he previously held increasingly senior positions as a well-regarded mining analyst with Scotia Capital Inc., Morgan Stanley, Bunting Warburg, and Nesbitt Burns. He has travelled extensively to visit mining and exploration projects all over the world. Before joining the capital markets, Mr. Durose worked as an exploration geologist in the Canadian base metal and gold industries.

Speaker 2: Okay, welcome, folks. Thanks for taking the time. I'm going to run through some slides, like always, they're available on our website. And then as Tasha mentioned, we're going to get into some Q&A at the end. Speaker 2: Very important legals. Speaker 2: Okay, to summarize what we're all about, what EV nickel is all about is decarbonization. Speaker 2: So electric vehicles are driving a whole new demand category for nickel. Speaker 2: They prefer sulfide nickel Speaker 2: and they want the cleanest possible metals. And where we have our nickel up in the Shaw dome in Canada, it's hydro power Speaker 2: fueled. So that's part of the country that has hydropower. Plus it's a high-grade sulfide. Speaker 2: We have a very large land package. I'll talk about that. We have over 30, 000 hectares of prospective land. We're up near Timmins, Ontario. So we're in the kind of, We're in the zone that you want to be. And we have a starter resource, which is at 1% nickel. So good high-grade nickel of 15 million pounds of that class 1 sulfides.
