Mr.Samson is a mining executive with more than 20 years of management and financial experience. He was most recently VP & Head of Corporate Development at FNI Mining for four years, including a period of six month as interim COO, responsible for safety, mine development and operations at a 250-person underground mine near Sudbury, Ontario. In 2012, he won the Canadian Young Mining Leader award from the CIM. Prior to FNI, he was VP Commercial Development at Kinross Gold Corporation for five years where he had diverse, multi-functional responsibilities including: supply chain, energy, merger integration, enterprise risk and capital approvals, leading a team of more than 300 people across eight countries. Before Kinross he was a management consultant at Bain & Company and traded for investment banks in New York and Europe. Sean received his A.B. from Harvard University, and MBA from Cambridge and has completed his Surface Miner Common Core in Ontario. He is a past elected PDAC board member and a Cleantech advisor at MaRS, a Toronto-based Innovation Centre.

Sean and Paul will take us through a company presentation. After that, we'll be accepting questions. Speaker 2: Great, thanks, Romeo. Speaker 2: Thanks, everyone, for joining as well. Speaker 2: Uniquely, Paul and I are in the same place today. So with the busy meetings for PDAC and pre-PDAC, Speaker 2: we're downtown, so we're doing this together. Speaker 2: We're gonna run through some slides which are available on our website. Speaker 2: For folks new to the story, I'll start off just with a general overview of why we're doing this and what we believe. So from our perspective, there's not enough nickel for the electric vehicles that are planned for the market. Speaker 2: And we also know that the EVs, they require nickel with a low carbon cost. So that's a new consideration Speaker 2: in the mining business. So that's a big focus for us. In addition, there are complications that go beyond just the carbon.
