Mr. Lynch is currently CEO of Power Nickel Inc. a publicly held mining company with the advanced stage Nisk Nickel project south of James Bay Quebec. Mr. Lynch is also the Founder and Managing Director of Save Canadian Mining. Save Canadian Mining was launched in November 2019 to unify Canada’s junior mining sector in requesting regulatory changes in Canada’s capital markets. The organization is supported by the TSX Venture Exchange, the Ontario Mining Association, the Ontario Prospectors Association, as well as mining industry leaders like Eric Sprott (Sprott Mining) Sean Roosen (Osisko Mining), Keith Neumeyer (First Majestic Silver Corp), and Rob McEwen (McEwen Mining Inc) and over 25 junior mining companies and over 3,000 members.
Eric Sprott

Eric Sprott has over 40 years of experience in the investment industry and has managed client funds for 37 years. Mr. Sprott entered the investment industry as a research analyst at Merrill Lynch Canada, Inc. In 1981, he founded Sprott Securities Limited (a predecessor to Sprott Securities Inc., now Cormark). After establishing Sprott Asset Management Inc. in December 2001 as a separate entity, he divested his entire stake in Sprott Securities Inc. to its employees. Mr. Sprott’s investment abilities are demonstrated by the track record of the Sprott Hedge Fund L.P., Sprott Hedge Fund L.P. II, Sprott Offshore Fund, Sprott Canadian Equity Fund, Sprott Energy Fund and Sprott's Managed Accounts. From 2008 until September 2010, Mr. Sprott served as Chief Executive Officer of Sprott, before stepping down to focus on his roles as Chairman and Chief Investment Officer.
James Wes Christian

Wes is managing partner of Christian Attar. He is a fourth generation Texan and has practiced law in Texas for over 40 years. Wes has decades of experience handling a wide range of complex civil litigation matters. His primary focus in the last several years has been suing Wall Street for stock manipulation, oil and gas companies for royalty fraud, and banks for aiding and abetting Ponzi schemes. He has also handled many disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, intellectual property, breach of fiduciary duty, serious personal injuries or wrongful death actions, insurance defense, and real estate matters. Wes is proud to represent his clients, including numerous public companies, businesses, and individuals, against large adversaries. Wes has handled complex litigation in at least eight different states and two countries. Most of these cases have been in State or Federal Courts; some have been complex arbitrations. He is licensed to practice in 14 Courts across the U.S. and everywhere in Texas and New York. Wes was honored to serve as the Chair of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Texas from 2018-2019 overseeing a group of 8,700 litigation in Texas. Wes dedicates much of his free time giving back to his community and church.
David Wenger

With over twenty-plus years in the securities industry, Mr. Wenger brings a broad range of numerous professional capacities spanning financial advisory work, venture capital, private equity funding, brokerage and public offerings. From those experiences, Mr. Wenger founded Shareholder Intelligence Services, LLC (ShareIntel) in 2003. During his career on Wall Street, Mr. Wenger has been involved in numerous transactions involving investment banking, private equity financing, portfolio management, retail and institutional sales. Mr. Wenger was a founder and shareholder of Auerbach Financial Group, Inc. and Auerbach Pollak & Richardson, Inc., a regional boutique investment banking firm. In this capacity, he was responsible for the strategic development and growth of the firm and he led and managed the firm’s Private Equity Group. Previously, Mr. Wenger was associated with a number of global financial firms and investment banks, including PaineWebber, Inc., Lehman Brothers and Drexel Burnham Lambert, where he focused primarily on client service, training, and new business development. Mr. Wenger obtained his formal education at Syracuse University. He currently maintains a Series 24 General Securities Financial Principal’s License and a Series 7 General Securities Representative’s License. He is registered with a FINRA member firm.
