Terry Lynch
CEO, President & Director at Power Nickel
Terry is the CEO of Power Nickel Inc. and the Founder of Save Canadian Mining. Power Nickel is advancing the NISK project in James Bay Quebec. NISK has a historical resource of approximately 3-over-3 million-tonne 2 percent NiEq. Power completed an initial 3D modelling of the project and is drilling 4,000 metres in Q4 with a view to having a new technical report published in Q1 2022.
Keith Neumeyer
Chairman at First Mining Gold
Keith Neumeyer founded First Majestic Silver in 2002 and First Mining Gold in 2015. First Majestic grew from a start-up company to one of the world’s largest silver producers with a market cap of US$4BN+.
Mr. Neumeyer has worked in the investment community since 1984. He began his career at a number of Canadian national brokerage firms. Mr. Neumeyer moved on to work with several publicly traded companies in the resource and high technology sectors. His roles have included senior management positions and directorships responsible in areas of finance, business development, strategic planning and corporate restructuring. Mr. Keith Neumeyer who has an unparalleled track record which includes creating two world-class mining companies: First Quantum Minerals Ltd. which has now grown into one of the worlds largest copper producers, and First Majestic Silver Corp. which is one of the largest silver producers in the world. Mr. Neumeyer has also listed a number of companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange and as such has extensive experience dealing with the financial, regulatory, legal and accounting issues that are relevant in the investment community.
Sean Roosen
Chair of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer at Osisko Gold Royalties
Sean Roosen is Chair of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Osisko since June 2014.
Prior to this, Mr. Roosen was the President and CEO of Old Osisko. He has led the transition of Old Osisko from a junior exploration company to a leading intermediate gold producer. He was responsible for leading the strategic development of Old Osisko and was instrumental in securing the necessary financing to fund the development of the $1 billion Canadian Malartic Mine.
Among other awards, Mr. Roosen was a co-winner of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada’s “Prospector of the Year Award†for 2007, and was named, together with John Burzynski and Robert Wares as “Mining Men of the Year†for 2009 by the Northern Miner. Mr. Roosen is a Supervisory Board member of EurAsia Resource Holdings AG – a European based venture capital fund – and a director of EurAsia Resource Value SE.
Mr. Roosen also sits on the Board of Directors of the following publicly listed companies: Astur Gold Corporation, Bowmore Exploration Ltd., Condor Petroleum Inc., Dalradian Resources Inc., Falco Resources Ltd. and NioGold Mining Corporation.
Mr. Roosen is a graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines and has had various progressive positions in the mining industry both domestically and internationally.
