Mr. Lynch is currently CEO of Power Nickel Inc. a publicly held mining company with the advanced stage Nisk Nickel project south of James Bay Quebec. Mr. Lynch is also the Founder and Managing Director of Save Canadian Mining. Save Canadian Mining was launched in November 2019 to unify Canada’s junior mining sector in requesting regulatory changes in Canada’s capital markets. The organization is supported by the TSX Venture Exchange, the Ontario Mining Association, the Ontario Prospectors Association, as well as mining industry leaders like Eric Sprott (Sprott Mining) Sean Roosen (Osisko Mining), Keith Neumeyer (First Majestic Silver Corp), and Rob McEwen (McEwen Mining Inc) and over 25 junior mining companies and over 3,000 members.
Mac Balkam

Mr. Balkam was with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police for 13 years, many of those involved in the investigation of stock market related fraud. In 1981, he resigned to become a financial consultant with a major brokerage firm, where he managed investments for retail clients. Since 2004, Mr. Balkam has been involved in raising venture capital and consulting for junior mining companies. Mr Balkam joined the Board of Directors and became CEO of Eskay Mining Corp during the fourth quarter of 2009. He holds a BA from the University of Toronto.
John Chisholm
Co-founder at Premium Nickel
John Chisholm is a senior financial executive with over 35 years of investment experience. As a senior executive of Merrill Lynch and CIBC Wood Gundy, he has participated in over 100 IPOs. John is a founder of Temex Resources, Forsys Metals, Carta Worldwide, and Land Administration Company, where he currently serves as executive chairman. He is also a cofounder of Premium Nickel Resources. As a graduate of the University of Guelph in economics, he is well-positioned to help guide companies with respect to raising funds for large projects. He has been involved in raising over $200-million for various companies and has extensive list worldwide contacts in both the mining and technology sector.
