Speaker 2: Perfect, Kyle. Thanks very much and welcome everybody. Speaker 2: Thanks for joining us today for an update on Contango. Speaker 2: Lots going on so we're going to get right into it here. Speaker 2: Of course I'll be making some forward-looking statements So just keep those in mind as we go through the presentation. Speaker 2: This is really just an update. There is a lot going on. So I'm gonna go through a series of slides Speaker 2: starting with our corporate overview and just update you on our share count. We have 7.6 million shares outstanding now, Speaker 2: 8 million fully diluted when you include options and warrants. We had a pretty exercise of number of the warrants. So Speaker 2: it's changed our share structure Speaker 2: just slightly. Speaker 2: We still have the convert out, which is convertible at $30 and 50 cents.
