I'm pleased to introduce Sam Ash, their CEO, who's going to be going through some of the latest news and some potentially upcoming exciting events with the company. 0:40 the coming days so without further ado Sam I'd like to pass things over to you to get us started. Thanks a lot Cam and November was certainly an exciting month a lot of progress made As you can see from the pictures, winter has arrived here in northern Idaho. Just a reminder though, the processing facility is here, fully winterized, and all the sensitive components are under cover. So we're well set for winter and not letting us slow us down at all. As you can see as well in the pictures, the building that houses the Location of the new processing facility is coming down. The hazardous substance abatement is complete, and the demolition is well underway. We'll move on from that into foundation prep, And we'll be looking to begin construction towards the end of the first quarter of next year.
1:38 And what we're going to construct is this building that you can see here, just the cartoon. And that is a prefabricated steel building, and we're in the process, we finalized the design, and we're just doing the long lead time procurement, getting bids and quotes in place. On the development side, another good month of development, and we are closing in on our breakthrough into the historic existing development that you can see there called the New Guard Ramp. You know, looking to have that done by the end of the year this year. That will lead to us to begin the rehabilitation process in earnest. And just a reminder to everyone, with that breakthrough, that gives us access to roughly the first 3 years worth of mining in the mine plant. So, you know, certainly this early development is going to play dividends in our preparation for a restart.
2:41 And then just to reiterate and remind everyone, we're absolutely on track, tracking slightly ahead of schedule and under budget at this point of our program towards restart in late Q3, early Q4 of next year. Over the next few months, You'll obviously see us giving updates and progress reports on how the civil preparation is going around the processing plant location. And you will also see us continuing to give updates on the rehabilitation and development progress in the underground. So all in all, very productive November that we had and certainly off to a good start in December, despite the fact that weather has arrived here in Kellogg, Idaho.

We don't have any questions right now, but I'm wondering if you'd like to go over any highlights otherwise, other than what you haven't mentioned currently in the course of 2022, or even any upcoming milestones that members of the audience should be excited about? Yeah, absolutely. As we move into the new year, the move towards production is certainly going to be pretty exciting. And we certainly are still in the work on the background looking for additional optimization opportunities. Just to remind everyone, the pre-feasibility study articulates a five-year mine plan with an 1,800 ton a day throughput.
4:22 Both of those are numbers that we think that we can optimize and continue to add value both through resource conversion and also potentially through the ability to increase the throughput rates. Still a lot of technical work to do on those fronts, but certainly we see
