Martin is a senior executive with over 15 years’ experience in the commodities industry, including over 5 years in the mining industry. He has extensive leadership experience in strategic management, fundraising, economic analysis, financial reporting, regulatory compliance and corporate tax. He was formerly CFO of First Point Minerals Corp. from 2012 to 2015 Formerly with KPMG LLP and Methanex Corporation and is also a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Mr. Lynch graduated in 1981 from St. Francis Xavier University with a joint honors degree in Economics and BBA. He has a rich history of leadership in various industries. He served as the CEO of Relief Gold in Nevada before becoming a director with International PBX Ventures in 2012. Additionally, he played pivotal roles at TSX-listed Firstgold Corp, where he successfully navigated financial challenges and secured a significant capital injection from Northwest Non-Ferrous Metals. Mr. Lynch has also contributed to the financial advisory field as a partner at Kingsmill Capital Partners from 2005 to 2008. With over 15 years of experience in startup companies across industrial products, oil and gas, and media, he has a proven track record. He is a co-founder of Cardiol Therapeutics, a NASDAQ and TSX listed life sciences company dedicated to the research and clinical development of cannabidiol for cardiovascular disease treatment.

Mr. Samson is a mining executive with more than 20 years of management and financial experience. He was most recently VP & Head of Corporate Development at FNI Mining for four years, including a period of six months as interim COO, responsible for safety, mine development and operations at a 250 person underground mine near Sudbury, Ontario. In 2012, he won the Canadian Young Mining Leader award from the CIM. Prior to FNI, he was VP Commercial Development at Kinross Gold Corporation for five years where he had diverse, multi-functional responsibilities including: supply chain, energy, merger integration, enterprise risk and capital approvals, leading a team of more than 300 people across eight countries. Before Kinross he was a management consultant at Bain & Company and traded for investment banks in New York and Europe. Sean received his A.B. from Harvard University, an MBA from Cambridge and has completed his Surface Miner Common Core in Ontario. He is a past elected PDAC board member and a Cleantech advisor at MaRS, a Toronto based Innovation Centre.

Ian is the co-founder of Fathom Nickel, and has 35+ years of mineral exploration, managing/implementing exploration projects in Canada and internationally. His successes include: resource interpretation/development Casa Berardi Gold Mine, Komis Gold Mine, Byers Gold Belt, Canada, Cisneros Gold Mine, Colombia.
