It's always a pleasure chatting with you. Why don't you just give us a quick, elevated pitch on the Sunnyside project for the new listeners in the audience and we can take it from there. [00:53] Speaker 2: Like I imagine everybody that's on this call [00:55] Speaker 2: has at least a high-level understanding of what Sunnyside is and what it means to our company. [01:01] Speaker 2: It's a fantastic opportunity in the mineral exploration space to find something that [01:08] Speaker 2: from an endowment standpoint could be quite significant. [01:11] Speaker 2: So we're looking in the Patagonia Mountains of southern Arizona. Now this is a well established mining district.
