But management has already received many questions prior, so hopefully Rick can provide all the answers you're looking for here today. With that being said, Rick, thanks for joining us. It's always a pleasure chatting with you. Why don't you just give us a quick, elevated pitch on the Sunnyside project for the new listeners in the audience and we can take it from there. [00:53] Speaker 2: Like I imagine everybody that's on this call [00:55] Speaker 2: has at least a high-level understanding of what Sunnyside is and what it means to our company. [01:01] Speaker 2: It's a fantastic opportunity in the mineral exploration space to find something that [01:08] Speaker 2: from an endowment standpoint could be quite significant. [01:11] Speaker 2: So we're looking in the Patagonia Mountains of southern Arizona. Now this is a well established mining district.
