Stefan Ioannou, Ph.D., is an Analyst covering mining for Cormark Securities Inc.’s institutional equity research team. Dr. Ioannou is a mining engineer and holds a Ph.D. in economic geology from the University of Toronto. He joined Cormark in December 2016, working in equity research for 13 years with Haywood Securities as a base metals analyst since 2006. Prior to that, Dr. Ioannou worked as an exploration geologist in Nevada and throughout the Canadian Shield.
Paul Marsh

Paul Marsh is an Arizona Native, a United States Marine Corps Veteran, and a Miner with 30 years’ experience in the mining and construction industry. Paul’s career started as a laborer and heavy equipment operator, but through hard work, Paul has held several key positions, such as Safety Manager, Director of Safety, and Operations Manager. He is the current Arizona State Mine Inspector, appointed to the position by Governor Doug Ducey in November 2021 and winning the 2022 election for his first four-year term. Paul has over 15 years working in mining and construction safety, is a Certified MSHA Blue Card Instructor and a Certified Mine Safety Professional. Paul has earned numerous awards from the industry including the Arizona Rock Products Safety Professional of the Year, the Arizona Mining Association Copper Pot Award, and the Arizona State Mine Inspector’s Office Safety Professional of the Year, and as the Arizona State Mine Inspector, he continues to work to improve safety throughout the mining industry in Arizona.
Terri Anne Welyki

Ms. Welyki has more than 15 years of experience working with public and private mining companies, including Calico Resources and EMC Green Group S.A. She has broad knowledge of the mining industry, including financing, permitting, and stakeholder management and has worked across the United States, Peru and Canada.
George Ogilvie
President, CEO & Director at Arizona Sonoran Copper Company
George Ogilvie, has over 30 years of management, operating and technical experience in the mining industry. Mr. Ogilvie was until most recently the President & CEO of Battle North, a position he was appointed to, in 2016 whilst the company was under financial insolvency & restructuring proceedings. During his 5 year tenure at Battle North, Mr. Ogilvie and his team successfully completed a turnaround of the company resulting in an increase in the resource base from 400 k ounces Au to approximately 1.3 million oz Au, completion of a positive bulk mining reconciliation program resulting in de-risking of the project, delivery of a preliminary economic assessment and follow on feasibility study in relation to the project with a post-tax IRR of 50% and completion debt and equity financing of over C$100m associated with project construction. Battle North was acquired by Evolution Mining Limited in May 2021 at a 45% premium to the prevailing spot price. Prior to this, Mr. Ogilvie was the CEO of Kirkland Lake Gold Inc. where he and his team implemented a turnaround strategy which included, amongst other items, improving operations at the Macassa Mine and the acquisition of St. Andrew Goldfields, resulting in significant returns for shareholders. Previously, Mr. Ogilvie was the CEO of Rambler Metals and Mining PLC, where he and his team guided the evolution of the company from grassroots exploration to a profitable junior producer. Mr. Ogilvie began his mining career in 1989 with AngloGold in South Africa and he subsequently held other roles at the Ruttan Mine in Northern Manitoba for HudBay Minerals Inc., the McCreedy West Mine and also as Area Manager for Dynatec Corporation. Currently, Mr. Ogilvie also serves on the board of Rupert Resources. Mr. Ogilvie received his B.Sc. (Hons.) in Mining and Petroleum Engineering from Strathclyde University in Glasgow, Scotland. He is a Professional Engineer and also holds his Mine Managers Certificate (South Africa).
Ken Brophy

Ken Brophy's career comprises over twenty-five years of experience in the natural resources sector, focused primarily on advancing and de-risking development-stage projects. Ken is an experienced executive with a successful track record of project management, building and leading teams, and has many years of experience with Environmental Social Governance (“ESG”) initiatives, such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Indigenous, government and stakeholder relations. Ken is currently president of Ram River Coal Corp., a private Canadian company with a steel-making coal project located in Alberta, Canada. He also serves as a director for Supernova Metals Corp, a TSX-V listed junior exploration company with assets in Canada and the US.
