The Management Board of Zakład Budowy Maszyn 'ZREMB-CHOJNICE' S.A. (Joint Stock Company) (the Issuer) informs that on 9th November 2015 it received the notification on adoption of the Resolution no. 1136/2015 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. of 9th November 2014 on admission and introduction to exchange trading of the WSE Main List of the of the ordinary bearer F3-series shares issued within the target capital, which was specified by the Company in the current report no. 4 of the 21st January 2014.
428,400 (four hundred and twenty-eight thousand, four hundred) ordinary bearer F3-series shares of the Company ZBM 'ZREMB-CHOJNICE' S.A., of the nominal value of PLN 0.50 (fifty grosze) each is admitted to exchange trading at a paralell market.Under the § 38 paragraph 1 and 3 of the Rules of the Stock Exchange, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decides to introduce on 13th November 2015, in an ordinary mode, ordinary bearer G-series shares of the Company Zakład Budowy Maszyn 'ZREMB-CHOJNICE' S.A. to exchange trading at a parallel market, under the condition that Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. registers these shares on 13th November 2015 and codes them as 'PLZBMZC00019'.
This report constitutes performance of the obligation mentioned in the § 34 paragraph 1 item 2) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finances of 19th February 2009 on current and periodic information to be handed on by the issuers of securities and on terms for acknowledgment for equivalent of information required by legal regulations of the country not being the member country.
