Company launches formal marketing and customer-acquisition rollout for its AI-powered business valuation platform, marking ValuAI's transition from product development to a revenue-focused operating business

LOS ANGELES, CA — September 11, 2026 — Valiant Eagle Inc. (OTCID: PSRU) ("Valiant Eagle") today announced that it has begun the formal commercialization of ValuAI, its AI-powered business valuation platform. The Company is launching a structured marketing and customer-acquisition campaign designed to move ValuAI from product development into broader market adoption, with the objective of converting the platform into an operating, revenue-producing business within Valiant Eagle's portfolio.

The announcement follows Valiant Eagle's acquisition of the ValuAI platform in March 2026 from Carson Company LLC. Since completing that acquisition, management has focused on transitioning the technology and preparing the platform for commercial launch. With that groundwork in place, the Company's focus now shifts to customers, subscriptions, and revenue.

What ValuAI Does

ValuAI tells business owners and professionals what a business is worth, in minutes rather than weeks. Users complete a guided, seven-step questionnaire covering the company's industry, financial performance, assets, and operating profile. ValuAI's valuation engine then analyzes that information using three established valuation approaches: an income approach based on Seller's Discretionary Earnings, which values the business on the cash flow it produces for an owner; a market approach that applies industry-specific revenue multiples; and an asset-based approach that values the business on what it owns, less what it owes.

The platform blends these methods into a weighted valuation estimate, supported by an AI-generated narrative that explains the key factors driving the result. Users receive a downloadable PDF report and can review their valuation history through a personal dashboard, making it easy to revisit results as their business changes.

ValuAI is designed to deliver fast, accessible valuation intelligence for planning and decision-making. It is not intended to replace a formal certified appraisal in situations where one is legally or contractually required.

Who ValuAI Serves

ValuAI's primary market is small and mid-sized business owners and entrepreneurs who need to understand what their company is worth, whether they are preparing to sell, raising capital, seeking financing, planning for succession, or simply measuring progress. The platform is also being marketed to the professionals who work with business valuations every day, including business brokers, acquisition and M&A professionals, buyers evaluating potential targets, investors and private-equity participants screening opportunities, lenders, CPAs, and financial advisors.

The Problem ValuAI Solves

Traditional business valuation is often expensive, slow, and out of reach for the businesses that need it most. A professional valuation engagement can cost thousands of dollars and take weeks to complete, and results can vary significantly depending on who performs the work. As a result, many small-business owners make major decisions (whether to sell, what offer to accept, how much to borrow) without a clear, data-based understanding of what their company is worth.

ValuAI is built to close that gap. By applying a consistent methodology and industry-specific data to every valuation, the platform aims to make valuation intelligence faster, easier to access, more scalable, and more cost-efficient, giving users a credible starting point at a fraction of the time and cost of a traditional engagement.

"ValuAI was never meant to sit on a shelf as another technology asset," said Dr. Xavier Mitchell, Chief Executive Officer of Valiant Eagle Inc. "With this campaign, we are taking ValuAI to market with a clear objective: turn the platform into an operating business that generates customers, subscriptions, and recurring revenue. Millions of business owners need to know what their company is worth, and very few of them have an easy, affordable way to find out. That is the market we are going after."

The Commercialization Rollout

The campaign is a multi-channel effort designed to build awareness, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into paying customers. Management intends to deploy targeted digital advertising across search and social platforms; organic social media; educational content, including articles, guides, and video explainers on how businesses are valued and how owners can increase the value of their companies; and email campaigns to nurture prospective users through to purchase.

The Company also plans to conduct live and on-demand product demonstrations, pursue direct outreach to business brokers, advisors, lenders, and accounting firms, and engage in industry outreach through professional associations and events. In parallel, management intends to develop strategic partnerships and referral relationships with professionals who regularly advise business owners and can introduce ValuAI to their clients.

Management intends to measure campaign performance against defined metrics, including user registrations, completed valuations, paid conversions, subscriber retention, and customer acquisition cost, and to shift investment toward the channels that deliver the strongest results.

Built to Generate Revenue

ValuAI currently monetizes through two paths: a monthly subscription that provides ongoing access to the platform, and a one-time purchase option for users who need a single comprehensive valuation report. The subscription model is designed to produce recurring revenue, while one-time purchases generate transactional revenue and provide an entry point for users who may later convert to subscribers.

The commercialization campaign is structured to produce measurable business outcomes: registered users, paying subscribers, one-time report sales, qualified leads from professional users, and partnership and referral relationships that can become ongoing sources of new customers. Over time, management also intends to evaluate additional revenue channels, including professional tiers for advisors who manage multiple clients, API licensing, and white-label arrangements.

Scalable by Design

Management views ValuAI as a potentially scalable digital platform. Unlike physical businesses, which typically require proportional investment in locations, inventory, equipment, or staff in order to grow, a cloud-based software platform can serve additional customers at relatively low incremental cost. Each new subscriber adds revenue without requiring the same level of capital investment that growth demands in a traditional operating business. Because ValuAI is delivered online, it can also reach customers across geographic markets without a physical footprint. Management believes these characteristics give ValuAI the potential to serve a significantly broader customer base as adoption grows.

Continued Product Development

Management intends to continue developing ValuAI based on customer feedback and market response. Areas under consideration include enhanced and premium reporting features, tools that help owners track changes in business value over time, scenario modeling, integrations with accounting and financial software, a dedicated edition for advisors managing multiple client valuations, additional valuation categories, and new strategic partnerships. The timing and scope of any such developments will depend on customer demand, available resources, and other factors, and there can be no assurance that any particular feature or offering will be introduced.

Part of Valiant Eagle's Broader Strategy

ValuAI is a central component of Valiant Eagle's strategy to build a portfolio of operating businesses rather than relying solely on entertainment-related assets. Alongside its media and entertainment activities, including Providence Film Group and its joint venture with Immersive-FX, the Company is developing technology businesses capable of producing their own revenue streams. Management believes that diversifying across media and technology reduces reliance on any single market and broadens the Company's opportunities for growth.

"Our focus is on activating the assets we own and building subsidiaries that produce revenue," said Dr. Mitchell. "ValuAI is a clear example of that strategy in action. Commercializing this platform diversifies our revenue base, strengthens our operating foundation, and is another step toward building Valiant Eagle into a company with multiple businesses working for our shareholders."

Commercializing ValuAI is one component of management's broader effort to activate existing assets, build revenue-producing subsidiaries, diversify the Company's revenue sources, and strengthen its operating foundation. The Company intends to provide updates on the progress of the ValuAI rollout as material developments occur.
