The Board of Directors, at their meting held today, i.e. Thursday, February 13, 2025, has approved the fundraising by issuing upto 2,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 54/- per share, aggregating to Rs. 1,35,00,000/- by way of a preferential issue through private placement offer to the proposed allottees, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
