The Board of Directors, at their meeting held today, i.e. February 13, 2025, Thursday, has approved the issue of upto 2,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 54 per share, aggregating to Rs. 1,35,00,000/- by way of preferential issue through private placement offer to the proposed allottees, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
