RESOLUTIONS OF MEMBERS AT THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF
UPDC REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of UPDC Real Estate Investment Trust duly convened and held on 29 day of November 2024 at 11.00 a.m the following Resolutions were tabled:
- The Ratification of changes to the third supplemental Trust Deed of the UPDC Real Estate Investment Trust was not carried by Unitholders
- The appointment of Forvis Mazars as External Auditors to the UPDC Real Estate Investment Trust was unanimously approved by Unitholders.
