PRESS RELEASE - NOTIFICATION OF DELAY IN FILING OF 2024 AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS - UPDC PLC
UPDC Pc (the Company) wishes to notify its esteemed shareholders that it was unable to file its Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 (2024 AFS) within the time stipulated by the Rules of the Nigerian Exchange Limited. This is largely due to the inability to complete the audit before the stipulated time.
The Company is working with its external auditors to wrap up the audit and file the 2024 AFS on or before 11th April 2025.
