The Company has been informed that Wilmar Group has entered into a Shareholders' Agreement dated December 21, 2025 with certain shareholders of Unity Foods Limited, pursuant to which it has assumed management control of the Company with immediate effect.
The Company notes that certain matters between shareholders relating to the aforesaid arrangements are currently subject to proceedings before the competent courts of law. In view thereof, the Company is constrained from commenting further on issues under adjudication.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
